Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Workshop with Leilani Mañulu

  • The Cloud Room 1424 11th Avenue STE 400 Seattle, WA, 98122 United States (map)

We are thrilled to welcome speaker Leilani Mañulu to the Cloud Room Lounge for an insightful seminar on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the workplace on Wednesday, May 24th from 5-6:30pm.

About the Seminar: Leadership for Healing & Liberation

Organizations must center diversity, equity, and inclusion in order to be viable and relevant in our current culture. It is incredibly important work, and yet very few organizations are actually implementing it effectively. We must approach the work from a lens of healing and liberation in order to move our organizations toward a culture of true belonging. This workshop answers the following questions:

  • What is the role of shame in DEI work?

    • And how do we reckon with our shame in order to approach DEI work from a place of wholeness rather than fear?

  • What is the role of intuition in DEI work? How can we decipher the difference between intuition and bias?

  • What is required for meaningful and sustainable organizational culture change?

  • How do we create a culture of care and belonging for all?
What does liberation within our organizations look/feel like?
